What is it about me that people might want to know?
I can be defined by all sorts of labels, and I am the sum of them all.
In no particular order, landscape designer (my ‘thing’ that took me 50-odd years to figure out), ex-Accountant (too boring), New Zealander, mother (2 20-something-year-old sons), partner (more easily described as husband/wife but we never actually got married), sister, friend, environmental restoration warrior, reader (mostly history / biography), photographer, gardener.
Life is for living.

Well done Nagaire. Really enjoyed reading your blog and Alchera. Have learned something today. Keep it up. :):):) Penny
HI Ngaire, I am with the Howick RSA and every ANZAC Day we specifically remember one of those memorialised on the Cenotaph on Stockade Hill. This year it will be Walter William Broomfield, on whom you wrote. It is usually a 3 – 5 minute address on his life, and those who he loved and left behind.
Would love to chat to you on this
